Smoked Mac and Cheese

This delicious, smokey mac and cheese is the perfect bbq side dish to make outside this grilling season! 

Ingredients: – elbow pasta – bacon – cream cheese – mayonnaise – sour cream – parmesan cheese – cheddar cheese – garlic powder – salt – pepper – bread crumb – butter

Step 1:Bring your smoker temperature up to 220 degrees.

Step 2: Boil pasta by following the directions on the package.

Step 3: Cook bacon until crisp and then chop into pieces.

Step 4: In a bowl, mix pasta, bacon, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, parmesan, cheddar, garlic powder salt and pepper.

Step 5: Mix well. Step 6: Transfer the mix into a cast iron skillet.

Step 7: In the microwave, melt the butter. Add the bread crumb and parmesan cheese to the butter and mix well. Spread on top of the mac and cheese.

Step 8: Cook in the smoker for about 30-40 minutes or until the mixture begins to bubble.

Step 9: Let sit about 5-10 minutes before serving.
