The base of this recipe is pre made biscuit dough. Not only does this make the preparation of this recipe easy, but is also provides a flakey and delicious crust for your pizza bites. This easy pizza bites recipe is then made with pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese. The pizza toppings can vary and can be changed depending on your preferred flavors.

Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Grease a muffin pan with cooking spray or olive oil. Open the biscuit dough and rip each biscuit in half so that you have two thinner halves of biscuit dough.
- Step 2: Form the biscuit dough into the prepared muffin cups so that they form biscuit cups. Spoon about 2 tablespoon of the pizza sauce into the biscuit dough cups.
- Step 3: Add about 1-2 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese on top of the pizza sauce. Add the toppings of your choice on top of the cheese.
- Step 4: Bake for 9-10 minutes or until the biscuits get golden brown on the sides. Let cool and serve.
Hint: keep the biscuit dough chilled until you're ready to shape the mini pizza bites helps maintain a flakier texture after baking. Warm dough can become too soft and harder to work with when shaping and make also cause the dough to break.
