I can't be the only one who snuck tons of chocolate chip cookie dough whenever my Mom was baking cookies as a kid. I mean come on, it's so good! I definitely ate a lot more than I should have and probably really risked salmonella with all the raw eggs it contained. That is what makes this recipe so great though! No eggs! That means you not only don't have to worry about salmonella, but it also makes this recipe vegan friendly!
There is so much you can do with this recipe. Add it in a bowl with a scoop of ice cream. Yes, that is the most ultimate chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream bowl that could possibly exist. If I could fall in love again (and don't worry, I won't, Nate is the only one who has room in my heart) but it would definitely be with this bowl of edible cookie dough.

The Steps:
First, combine the vanilla, refined coconut oil and maple syrup. Mix until well combined. Add in the coconut flour and salt. Mix well until completely combined. Then, Add in the coconut sugar and mix until it is all mixed in. Last, add in the chocolate chips and fold into the dough. You can then either enjoy it right away, or let it chill a bit before digging in!
Is this recipe gluten free?
Yes! It is a completely gluten free recipe and is also actually not only vegan friendly, but paleo friendly as well. Since coconut flour is used, this makes it completely gluten free.
Are there eggs in this recipe?
Nope! No eggs! Because one, you shouldn't eat raw eggs, and two, since this is a vegan free recipe that means no animal products which means no eggs!

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ⅓ cup refined coconut oil melted
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 cup coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
- ⅓ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, mix together coconut oil, vanilla and maple syrup.
- Add in coconut flour and salt and mix well.
- Add in coconut sugar and mix until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Either chill or enjoy right away.
