Butterfinger Chocolate Chip Cookies

Crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside stuffed with Butterfinger bits and chocolate chips.

Ingredients: – butter softened – eggs – sugar – brown sugar packed tightly – vanilla – flour – baking powder – baking soda – salt – mini chocolate chips – Butterfinger baking chips

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Step 2: In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar.

Step 3: Add in eggs one at a time, beating in between each egg.

Step 4: Add in brown sugar, mix well. Add in vanilla and mix.

Step 5: In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients while mixing on low.

Step 6: Fold in the mini chocolate chips and Butterfinger baking chips.

Step 7: Scoop the cookie dough onto a baking sheet. Scoop about 3 tablespoon at a time. Bake for 20-22 minutes.

Step 8: Remove cookies from the baking sheet and place on a cooling rack. Serve when cooled.
