Shrimp and Lobster Ravioli with a Cajun Cream Sauce

A delicious, slightly spicy and creamy sauce with cheese shrimp and lobster ravioli tossed in and finished off with crispy bacon.

Ingredients:
– bacon – butter – olive oil – garlic clove – parmesan cheese – heavy whipping cream – paprika – cayenne pepper seasoning – garlic powder – onion powder – salt and pepper – shrimp and lobster filled ravioli

Step 1: Chop bacon into small pieces. Cook bacon in the skillet on medium heat until crispy. Remove from the pan. Remove about half of the bacon grease leaving some in the pan.

Step 2: Add butter and olive oil to the skillet. Add in crushed garlic and cook until fragrant.

Step 3: Pour in heavy whipping cream and freshly grated parmesan. Cook until parmesan is melted in.

Step 4: Cook ravioli according to the directions on the package and drain when done.

Step 5: Add in the cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper into sauce. Mix until the spices are incorporated evenly.

Step 6: Add ravioli into the pan and toss. Sprinkle bacon on top with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
