Tuna Tarts

Creamy, cheesy tuna mixed with sweet relish, stuffed into biscuits and topped with chives

Ingredients: – pre-made biscuit dough (I use Pilsbury) – tuna – mayonnaise – sweet relish – shredded monterey jack cheese – chives

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.

Step 2: Break the biscuits in half with your hands. Make sure you do this carefully, but since it is in layers it should break in half easily.

Step 3:  Form each half in one muffin tin. Press down to form the dough into a cup shape.

Step 4: In a small mixing bowl, mix together the tuna, mayonnaise, sweet relish, and monterey jack cheese.

Step 5: Spoon the mixture into each biscuit cup evenly.

Step 6: Chop the chives and sprinkle them on top of the cups.

Step 7: Bake for 9-11 minutes. Step 8: Let cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
