Step 3: Place a mason jar lid on the griddle with the larger opening touching the griddle. Spray inside the mason jar lid with pam. Spoon pancake batter into the lid until it is half full. Pour about a teaspoon of syrup on top of the pancake while the batter is still wet.
Step 3: Once the edges start to look cooked, remove the mason jar lid. Do this carefully, it will be hot but it should come right off. Flip the pancake and cook until it is cooked all the way through. Repeat until all of the pancake batter is used.
