  • Boil pasta by following the directions on the box. Strain pasta and set aside.
  • Cut up the Italian Sausage and cook in olive oil until done.
  • Mince the garlic. Add the garlic into skillet with olive oil and cook until fragrant.
  • Add in the crushed tomato and coconut milk. Simmer on medium low for 5 minutes.
  • Add in the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  • Add in pasta and fold into the sauce.
  • Fold the sausage into the pasta.
  • Serve and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

Save in an air tight container for up to one week in the fridge.
