Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Crostini
Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Crostini is one of the most delicious, simple to make hors d'oeuvres to ever exist. The lightly toasted bread with soft, tangy cream cheese, cold smoked salmon and some salty capers on top complete the perfect marriage of flavors.

1 french baguette 2 tablespoon butter 1 12 oz package sliced lox salmon ½ cup cream cheese 4 tablespoon capers
Slice the fresh baguette on a diagonal.
Cover each slice of bread with butter on the front and the back.
Place down in the frying pan and toast. Once the first side is toasted, flip the bread and toast the other side.
Spread the cream cheese on one side of the bread.
Add 1-2 slices on salmon to each piece of bread.
Sprinkle capers on top.
