Crispy Fried Bang Bang Shrimp with Ranch
Crispy breaded shrimp deep fried to perfection tossed in a spicy, creamy bang bang sauce dipped in creamy ranch to cool the flavors down perfectly.

Thaw the shrimp and peel completely. Place the shrimp on a paper towel and cover with another, apply light pressure until shrimp are completely dry.
Preheat your oil to 350 degrees in the deep fryer.
On a plate, mix flour, corn starch, garlic powder salt and pepper.
Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
Dip a shrimp in the egg and then transfer to the flour mixture covering completely. Set aside. Complete this step until all of the shrimp are coated.
Drop the shrimp one by one into the oil. Cook about 3-4 minutes, flip and then cook another 3-4 minutes. Repeat until all shrimp are fried.
In a bowl, mix together Frank's red hot sauce, sweet chili sauce and mayonnaise.
Toss the shrimp in the sauce and plate.
Mix together sour cream and ranch seasoning. Serve with shrimp.
