Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the chicken breast into small cubes. Drop each piece in the egg wash and coat. Transfer from the egg wash to the pork panko and coat the chicken. Place on a baking sheet. Bake for 16-18 minutes or until chicken is cooked all the way through. Serve immediately with ranch.
For the Ranch
For the ranch, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped dill, chopped parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper in a bowl.
