Instructions
Spray your grill grates with cooking spray and turn the grill on to medium heat. Allow the grill to preheat.
In a medium mixing bowl, mix ground beef, onion, garlic, egg, bread crumb, dried parsley, salt and blue cheese crumbles. Mix well with hands.
Form 8 burger patties with your hands. Burgers should be about 5 inches in diameter.
Place burgers on the grill. Cook covered for 3 minutes quarter turning the burgers halfway between.
Flip the burgers and repeat the above step.
Remove burgers from grill, place one in a potato bun and top with desired toppings.
Notes
Keep in the fridge in a tupperware for up to 5 days. Reheat before eating.
