8tablespoonsour milk(make with 8 tablespoon milk, 2 teaspoon baking soda, and a little vinegar (about ½ tbsp))

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 9x13 inch pan with vegetable shortening and flour.
Mix the butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs and mix well. Mash bananas, add and mix.
Prepare sour milk by mixing milk, baking soda, and vinegar to make it sour. Add and mix well.
Add flour in one cup at a time mixing each time. Add a dash of salt and vanilla extract.
Add to pan and bake 45-60 minutes until the top bounces back up when you touch it. Remove the cake and flip onto a baking sheet.
Immediately put chocolate bars on the cake, including the sides. Let the chocolate melt and spread on top of the entire cake. Put in the refrigerator until chocolate is hard and then serve.
