Ingredients
  

  • 3 avocados mashed
  • ½ tomato chopped
  • ½ onion diced finely
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • cup cilantro chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 lime juiced

Instructions
 

  • Remove pits from avocados and remove skins. Mash avocados in a mixing bowl.
  • Chop onion, tomato, cilantro and mince garlic.
  • Add onion, tomato and garlic to the mashed avocado. Mix well.
  • Add lime juice and salt. Mix well.
  • Serve with blue corn tortilla chips and enjoy!

Notes

Save in fridge covered for up to 3 days. Stir before serving because avocado browns in cold environments.
