Instructions
Remove pits from avocados and remove skins. Mash avocados in a mixing bowl.
Chop onion, tomato, cilantro and mince garlic.
Add onion, tomato and garlic to the mashed avocado. Mix well.
Add lime juice and salt. Mix well.
Serve with blue corn tortilla chips and enjoy!
Notes
Save in fridge covered for up to 3 days. Stir before serving because avocado browns in cold environments.
