Pepperoni flatbread pizza using roasted garlic naan bread and topped with pizza sauce, fresh mozzarella cheese, pepperonis and a light coating of parmesan cheese.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place the naan on a prepared baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Evenly spread the pizza sauce on the pieces of naan. Spread the mozzarella cheese evenly on top of the pizza sauce. Evenly spread the pepperoni on top of the cheese.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Remove from the oven and grate fresh parmesan cheese on top of the pizza. Cut the pizza and serve.
