Flatbread Pepperoni Pizza Recipe

Pepperoni flatbread pizza using roasted garlic naan bread and topped with pizza sauce, fresh mozzarella cheese, pepperonis and a light coating of parmesan cheese.

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place the naan on a prepared baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
  • Evenly spread the pizza sauce on the pieces of naan. Spread the mozzarella cheese evenly on top of the pizza sauce. Evenly spread the pepperoni on top of the cheese.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and grate fresh parmesan cheese on top of the pizza. Cut the pizza and serve.

Notes

-save leftovers wrapped in tin foil or in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
