coconut milk

Instructions
Boil pasta by following the directions on the box. Strain pasta and set aside.
Cut up the Italian Sausage and cook in olive oil until done.
Mince the garlic. Add the garlic into skillet with olive oil and cook until fragrant.
Add in the crushed tomato and coconut milk. Simmer on medium low for 5 minutes.
Add in the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Add in pasta and fold into the sauce.
Fold the sausage into the pasta.
Serve and garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
Save in an air tight container for up to one week in the fridge.
