Cheeseburger with Copycat Big Mac Sauce
A grilled cheeseburger with shredded lettuce, tomato, onion, crispy bacon with a copycat Big Mac Sauce all sandwiched between two toasted brioche buns. There is nothing better than a freshly grilled, juicy burger.

For the Bun

Instructions
For the burgers
Combine ground beef, egg, bread crumb, garlic powder and salt and pepper.
Mix and form the meat into 4 ounce balls.
Using your hands, press the balls down until they are about ¼ in thick and form into a circle.
Set aside.
Mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard and dill relish and set aside.
Prep the fixing by slicing the tomato and onion, cooking the baking, and shredding the lettuce.
Prep the buns by spreading a small amount of butter on each bun.
Place the burgers on the grill. Cook for about 3 minutes and then quarter turn it.
After another three minutes, flip the burger.
At this point, add the brioche buns to the grill to toast. Toast until desired toasting.
After another three minutes, quarter turn the burger and add a slice of provolone cheese to each.
Cook another 3 minutes and remove.
Build your burger in whatever order you would prefer and enjoy.
Notes
Save burgers in the fridge in an air tight container for up to 5 days.
