Cook the sausage links.
Cook the scrambled eggs. This should take about 5-6 minutes depending on how done you like them.
Once the eggs are almost cooked, add the cheese and let that melt.
Add the eggs to the tortilla.
Add the sausage links, guacamole, sour cream and salt and pepper.
Fold on side of the burrito over the fillings and slightly tuck under.
Fold the two ends over the first fold.
Roll the burrito until closed.
Always cook the eggs fresh.
You can save and reheat but you will notice a difference in quality.
Serve extra guacamole as a dip with tortilla chips.
