Pineapple Stuffing Recipe

Sweet, soft stuffing with chunks of pineapples throughout,  and some crispy cubes of bread sneak in there on the top.  A sweet stuffing is exactly what you never knew you needed and once you have it, you will never be able to live without.

  • Large Casserole Dish

Ingredients
  

  • 2 bags cubed bread or two loves of bread ripped up
  • 3 20 oz cans crushed pineapple
  • 6 eggs whisked
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 5 tablespoon butter melted
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease a casserole dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, add sugar, beaten eggs, melted butter and salt.  Mix until well combined.
  • Add the bread cubes and fold into the egg sugar mixture.
  • Once most of the bread is coated, add the crushed pineapples and fold in.
  • When all of the bread is coated, transfer from the bowl to the casserole dish.
  • Bake 45-50 minutes. Serve warm.

Notes

Save in an airtight container or covered for up to one week.  Reheat before serving.  Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours before baking.
