Caramelized Kielbasa with a Creamy Tangy Dipping Sauce

The kielbasa is caramelized to a sweet and savory perfection and the creamy horseradish dipping sauce adds the perfect tangy twist on this super simple appetizer.

  • Slice the kielbasa thin.
  • Add the sliced kielbasa to a frying pan with the ginger ale.
  • Cook on medium stirring every few minutes.  It will take about 10 minutes for most of the liquid to cook out.
  • Once there is only a little liquid covering the  bottom of the pan, start stirring the kielbasa non stop until all of the ginger ale is cooked out and the kielbasa starts to caramelize.
  • Remove the kielbasa from the heat and serve with dipping sauce.
  • To make the dipping sauce, mix ketchup, mayonnaise and horseradish.

Notes

Save extras in an airtight container and reheat before serving.
