Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Blossom Cookies

Soft on the inside, crispy on the outside and packed with peanut butter flavor, these cookies do not disappoint.  The Reese's Cup adds the perfect amount of sweet and salty and adds a little extra deliciousness to the decedent peanut butter cookie base.

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line your cookie sheet with parchment paper. 
  • Add the softened butter and sugar to the mixing bowl.  Mix on medium low until creamed together.
  • Add in the eggs and mix well.
  • Add in the peanut butter and vanilla and mix until combined.  
  • In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder and kosher salt.
  • With the mixer on low, add the flour mixture into the wet ingredients in small increments.
  • Once everything is mixed together, remove from the mixer. 
  • Spoon about 2 tablespoon of dough on the cookie sheet forming a ball.  Lightly press down to slightly flatten each cookie. 
  • Bake 16-18 minutes or until bottoms begin to brown.
  • Remove from the cookie sheet to a cooling rack.  After letting the cookies cool a few minutes, add the peanut butter cups, lightly pressing down to form a spot for them in the middle of the cookie. 
  • Let cool before serving.

Notes

Save in an air tight container for up to 3 weeks.
