Air Fried Chicken Fries with Chipotle Ranch

Breaded chicken cut into a fry shape tossed in bread crumbs and air fried to crispy perfection.  These tender chicken fries are served with a homemade chipotle ranch that pairs perfectly while providing a little spice.

Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Fries

  • 2 chicken breasts sliced into fry shape
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups bread crumb

For the Chipotle Ranch

Instructions
 

  • Slice the chicken breast into fry shapes.  Coat each chicken fried in whisked eggs and then transfer to bread crumb and coat completely.  Air fry the chicken fries at 370 degrees for 8 minutes. 
  • While the chicken fries are cooking, mix the ranch ingredients.  In a bowl, add sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper, onion powder, fresh chopped dill, fresh chopped parsley, Chipotle Tabasco, and hot sauce.
  • Serve chicken fries with chipotle ranch immediately.
