Fill the deep fryer with oil and heat to 350 degrees.
Combine the cream cheese and diced imitation crab. Add a tablespoon of the crab and cream cheese mixture to the center of the wonton wrapper. Dip your finger in water and wet the outer sides of the wonton wrapper. Fold the corners into the middle pressing the wet sides of the wrapper together until it is closed. Repeat until all of the wontons are made.
Add to the deep fryer and cook about 3 minutes, flip the wontons and cook another 3 minutes. Serve immediately with sweet and sour sauce.
