Jumbo Oreo Stuffed Cookies and Cream Cookies

Sweet and salty white chocolate chip cookies with crushed Oreo's mixed in surrounding a whole Oreo cookie and baked to perfection.

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
  • In a mixing bowl, beat together softened better and sugar until creamy.  Add in eggs one at a time while mixing.  Add in vanilla and mix.  In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda and kosher salt.  Slowly add in the dry ingredients to the wet while mixing on low.  Fold in white chocolate chips.
  • Add Oreos to a Ziploc bag or food processor and smash or process until they are a crumb texture.  Fold in Oreo crumbs.
  • Spoon about 2 tablespoon of dough onto the cookie sheet at a time.  Add the Oreo to the middle and press down.  Add a little more dough on top until the Oreo is completely covered. Bake 14-16 minutes.  Remove to a cooling rack and add extra Oreo pieces on top if desired.  Serve warm for save for later.
