Barbecue Grilled Chicken

Charred grilled chicken topped with a sweet and spicy barbecue sauce. Side with some grilled veggies for the perfect weeknight meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • ½ cup Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet and Spicy Barbecue Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Spray grill with cooking spray and turn the burners on to medium.
  • Let your grill preheat to between 350-400 degrees.
  • Place chicken thighs on the grill.
  • Cook for about 5 minutes and then flip.
  • Continue to cook until internal temperature hits 165 degrees.
  • Using a basting brush, brush barbecue sauce onto each chicken.
  • Cook another minute to let the sauce start to heat up.
  • Remove from the grill and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store in a tupperware in the fridge for up to a week.
