Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet and Spicy Barbecue Sauce
Instructions
Spray grill with cooking spray and turn the burners on to medium.
Let your grill preheat to between 350-400 degrees.
Place chicken thighs on the grill.
Cook for about 5 minutes and then flip.
Continue to cook until internal temperature hits 165 degrees.
Using a basting brush, brush barbecue sauce onto each chicken.
Cook another minute to let the sauce start to heat up.
Remove from the grill and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store in a tupperware in the fridge for up to a week.
