Let the sheets of puff pastry thaw to room temperature. Using a sharp knife, slice both sheets into thirds along the folds. Cut each third in half to make a rectangle. Use 6 pieces as the base and take the other six and cut out a rectangle in the middle to make a frame.
Place the frame along the edges of each base and push down lightly so they form together. Place the pastries on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Crack an egg into a bowl and whisk. Using a basting brush, baste the entirety of each pastry. This egg wash will help the pastry cook. Bake your pastries for about 10 minutes or until they begin to brown.
Place the Nutella in a microwave safe bowl and microwave about 20 seconds to make it more spreadable. Spread the Nutella in the middle of the pastry on the inside of the frame.
Slice the strawberries and place them over the Nutella. In a bowl combine the water and powdered sugar and drizzle that over the top. Serve and enjoy.
