Garlic Buttered Gnocchi with Cheese

Potato based pasta tossed in a garlic butter sauce with melted parmesan cheese

Ingredients: – potato gnocchi – butter – olive oil – garlic – salt – pepper – lemon juice – grated parmesan

Step 1: Melt butter in the skillet and add the olive oil.

Step 2: Add the crushed garlic cloves to the pan and cook until fragrant.

Step 3:  Add in gnocchi and allow to cook in the butter for about 5 minutes until they become soft.

Step 4:  Add in salt, pepper, lemon juice and parmesan cheese.  Allow the cheese to melt.

Step 5:  Serve immediately.  Garnish with some extra parmesan, fresh cracked pepper and parsley.
