For the Chicken Fries
2chicken breastssliced into fry shape
3eggs
2cupsbread crumb
For the Chipotle Ranch
1cupsour cream
½cupmayonnaise
1 ½tablespoonlemon juice
2teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonpepper
2teaspoononion powder
2tablespoondillchopped
1tablespoonparsleyfresh, chopped
1tablespoonChipotle Tabasco

Instructions
Slice the chicken breast into fry shapes. Coat each chicken fried in whisked eggs and then transfer to bread crumb and coat completely. Air fry the chicken fries at 370 degrees for 8 minutes.
While the chicken fries are cooking, mix the ranch ingredients. In a bowl, add sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper, onion powder, fresh chopped dill, fresh chopped parsley, Chipotle Tabasco, and hot sauce.
Serve chicken fries with chipotle ranch immediately.
