Equipment

  • 1 sharp knife and cutting board
  • 1 Baking Sheet

Ingredients

  • 1 French baguette
  • 16 oz fresh mozzarella
  • cup pesto
  • 1 tomato sliced and then slice each slice in half

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice baguette, tomato and mozzarella.
  • Spread pesto on each slice of baguette.
  • Add tomato slices on top of pesto layer. Place mozzarella on top of each tomato slice.
  • Bake 15-17 minutes or until cheese is melted on top of pizza crostini. Serve immediately or save for later.

  • save leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-5 days.
  • these ingredients can be frozen for up to 2 months.
