Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ onion chopped
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup bread crumb
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 1 13 oz can of tomato paste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease bread pan.
  • Chop up the onion and mince the garlic.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, egg, bread crumb, salt, and parsley. Mix well with hands but do not over mix.
  • Form into a loaf in the bread pan.
  • Spread the tomato paste on top of the loaf.
  • Bake for 50 minutes.
  • Serve with fresh parsley as a garnish.

Save covered in the fridge for up to one week.
