Ingredients

can of tomato paste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease bread pan.
Chop up the onion and mince the garlic.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, egg, bread crumb, salt, and parsley. Mix well with hands but do not over mix.
Form into a loaf in the bread pan.
Spread the tomato paste on top of the loaf.
Bake for 50 minutes.
Serve with fresh parsley as a garnish.
Notes
Save covered in the fridge for up to one week.
