Homemade Cinnamon Banana Bread

Soft, fluffy, moist banana bread with a strong hint of cinnamon with a slightly crispy crust on the outside.  This loaf is baked to perfection.

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a bread pan with cooking spray.
  • Add 3 over ripe bananas to the mixer.  Mix until they are mashed.
  • Add in softened butter and eggs and mix until well combined.  Add in sugar and turn the mixer on until a creamy texture begins to form.  
  • In a mixing bowl, add flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.  Mix until combined.
  • While mixing on low, slowly add in the flour.  Once all of the flour is added, mix on medium for about a minute or two to make sure it is mixed together well.
  • Pour the mixture into the bread pan.
  • Bake 55-60 minutes.  Serve warm with butter if desired. 

Notes

Wrap up extras in tin foil and save on the counter for up to 5 days.
