Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a bread pan with cooking spray.
Add 3 over ripe bananas to the mixer. Mix until they are mashed.
Add in softened butter and eggs and mix until well combined. Add in sugar and turn the mixer on until a creamy texture begins to form.
In a mixing bowl, add flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Mix until combined.
While mixing on low, slowly add in the flour. Once all of the flour is added, mix on medium for about a minute or two to make sure it is mixed together well.
Pour the mixture into the bread pan.
Bake 55-60 minutes. Serve warm with butter if desired.
