Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts chopped
  • ½ bag spinach
  • 1 cup monterey jack cheese shredded
  • ¾ cup parmesan shredded
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Chop artichoke hearts and mince garlic cloves.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, add softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, artichoke hearts, spinach, monerey jack cheese, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper, and garlic.
  • Mix until well combined.
  • Transfer to a casserole dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Broil on low for 3 minutes.
  • Serve with a sliced french baguette or crackers.

Notes

Save in the fridge covered for up to 3 days. Reheat before serving.
