Herby Tuna and Vegetable Wraps
Herby, creamy tuna mixed with diced onions and celery, carrots and spinach all wrapped up in a spinach and herb wrap. This wrap is the perfect quick meal and is packed with a ton of flavor.

tuna packets

mayonnaise

cup
fresh dill
chopped

celery stick
diced

yellow onion
diced
juice of 1 lemon

baby spinach

cup
matchstick carrots

spinach and herb tortilla wraps
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, empty the contents of the tuna packets. Use a fork to mash and break up big clumps.
Add in mayonnaise and mix well.
Chop dill, add the dill in with the tuna and mix well.
Dice onion and celery.
Add onion and celery in with the tuna and mix well.
Juice lemon into the tuna salad and mix well.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place spinach in the middle of the wrap.
Add matchstick carrots on top of the spinach.
Dollop 1 cup of tuna salad on top of the carrots.
Fold in two opposite sides of the wrap toward the middle of the wrap.
Holding the two sides in place, fold the back part of the wrap over the middle and roll the wrap away from you until secure in place.
Notes
Save the tuna salad in an air tight container for up to 5 days.
