Cheesy Garlic Buttered Gnocchi
Soft pan fried potato gnocchi tossed in a garlic butter sauce with parmesan cheese topped with spices and herbs.

- 1 lb potato gnocchi
- 4 tablespoon butter
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ tablespoon pepper
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese and a little extra to garnish
- ½ tablespoon lemon juice
- parsley to garnish
Melt butter in the skillet and add the olive oil.
Add the crushed garlic cloves to the pan and cook until fragrant.
Add in gnocchi and allow to cook in the butter for about 5 minutes until they become soft.
Add in salt, pepper, lemon juice and parmesan cheese. Allow the cheese to melt.
Serve immediately. Garnish with some extra parmesan, fresh cracked pepper and parsley.
