Caramelized Kielbasa with a Creamy Tangy Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
1packagekielbasa
¾cupginger ale
½cupketchup
½cupmayonnaise
1tablespoonhorseradish
Instructions
Slice the kielbasa thin.
Add the sliced kielbasa to a frying pan with the ginger ale.
Cook on medium stirring every few minutes. It will take about 10 minutes for most of the liquid to cook out.
Once there is only a little liquid covering the bottom of the pan, start stirring the kielbasa non stop until all of the ginger ale is cooked out and the kielbasa starts to caramelize.
Remove the kielbasa from the heat and serve with dipping sauce.
To make the dipping sauce, mix ketchup, mayonnaise and horseradish.
