Equipment

  • 1 blender or food processor
  • 1 sharp knife and cutting board
  • 1 measuring cups and spoons

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon dill
  • ½ cup buttermilk

Instructions

  • In a blender, add sour cream. Cut avocado in half, remove the skin and pit. Add half of the avocado into the blender. Blend together until creamy.
  • Squeeze fresh lime juice into the blender. Add in buttermilk. Blend until combined.
  • Chop up fresh dill. Add dill to the blender. Add in ranch seasoning and garlic powder.
  • Mix until combined. Serve immediately or save for later.

Notes

  • save leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
  • these ingredients do not stand up well to freezing.
  • use a ripe avocado for best results.
