Equipment

  • 1 Medium Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Rubber Spatula
  • 1 measuring spoons
  • 1 small bowl
  • 1 serving plate

Ingredients

  • 2 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 12 oz fresh crabmeat
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ¾ cup sweet Thai chili sauce
  • crackers or wonton chips served on the side

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, add softened cream cheese, crab meat and soy sauce.
  • Mix until combined.
  • Form cream cheese and crab mixture into a ball on a serving plate using either a bowl or your hands.
  • Pour sweet Thai chili sauce over the cheese ball until covered. Serve immediately with crackers or wonton chips or save for later.

Notes

  • save leftovers in the fridge covered with plastic wrap or in an airtight container for up to 2-3 days.
  • leftovers cannot be frozen
