Equipment

  • 1 Baking Sheet
  • 1 Cheese Grater

Ingredients

  • 24 dill pickle chips
  • 4 oz colby jack cheese shredded
  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese shredded
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Shred the cheeses.
  • Spread the shredded cheese in a single layer on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
  • Place each dill pickle slice on top of the cheese evenly spaced. Add seasonings on top of the pickles.
  • Bake about 15-20 minutes or until cheese is brown and crispy and golden brown.  Break apart the pickle chips and serve with dipping sauce.

Notes

  • store leftover in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3-5 days.
