Equipment

  • 1 medium casserole dish
  • 1 sharp bread knife
  • 1 small bowl
  • 1 Basting Brush

Ingredients

  • 12 sweet Hawaiian slider rolls
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ lb deli ham
  • 6 slices American cheese
  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice the slider rolls in half and remove the top half. Place bottom of the rolls in a casserole dish lined with parchment paper.
  • Spread the mayonnaise on the bottom half of the rolls. Place deli ham evenly on top of the mayonnaise. Cover ham with a single layer of slices of American cheese. Place the tops of the rolls over the cheese slices.
  • Melt butter. Add dijon mustard and poppy seeds into butter and mix. Baste on top of rolls.
  • Cover the top of the rolls with aluminum foil. Bake 15-20 minutes. Serve immediately or save for later.

Notes

  • save leftover sliders in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 2-3 days.
  • leftover sliders can be frozen for up to 2 months in a freezer safe container.
  • these sliders can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge until baking.
