Easy Hawaiian Roll Buffalo Chicken Sliders Recipe

These simple buffalo chicken sliders use shredded rotisserie chicken and under 30 minutes to bake.

Equipment

  • 1 casserole dish or baking sheet
  • 1 serrated bread knife
  • 1 Medium Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Basting Brush

Ingredients

  • 12 slider rolls Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • ½ rotisserie chicken shredded
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ cup ranch
  • 6 slices cooper sharp American cheese
  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon blue cheese dressing

Instructions

  • Shred rotisserie chicken and set aside in a medium bowl. Slice slider buns and remove the tops of the rolls. Place bottom halves of the rolls in a casserole dish lined with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix in buffalo sauce and ranch with shredded rotisserie chicken. Spread a little ranch on the bottom half of the rolls. Evenly spread buffalo chicken mixture over the bottom half of rolls.
  • Place slices of sharp American cheese over the chicken mixture. Place tops of the rolls over the cheese. Melt butter. Add garlic and blue cheese to melted butter.
  • Baste top half of the rolls with the melted butter mixture. Cover sliders with aluminum foil. Bake 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven. Serve immediately or save for later.

Notes

  • save leftover sliders in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
  • these ingredients do not stand up well to freezing.
  • reheat leftovers prior to serving.
