Grilled Flatbread Pizza Recipe with Naan on the Grill

Equipment

  • 1 gas grill
  • 1 pizza stone
  • 1 Cheese Grater
  • 1 Pizza Peel

Ingredients

  • 4 naan flatbread
  • 2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pizza sauce

Instructions

  • Place the pizza stone on the grill and heat the grill up on high. Shred the mozzarella cheese.
  • Spread the pizza sauce on the naan bread. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and any other toppings preferred.
  • Place the pizza on the pizza stone and close the lid of the grill.
  • Cook pizza about 3-5 minutes or until the naan is crisp and the cheese is melted. Allow to cool about 3 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • store leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  • if using naan bread you can grill the pizza directly on the grill grates.
