Homemade Honey Garlic Ranch Dressing with Buttermilk

Equipment

  • 1 small bowl or mason jar
  • 1 sharp knife and cutting board
  • 1 microplane
  • 1 measuring cups and spoons

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • Chop fresh dill and parsley.
  • In a small bowl, add mayonnaise, sour cream and buttermilk.
  • Add in dill, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, honey, fresh grated garlic and lemon juice.
  • Mix until combined.
  • Serve immediately or save for later.

Notes

  • save leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
  • this recipe does not stand up well to freezing.
