Equipment

  • 1 air fryer or oven with baking sheet
  • 1 Basting Brush

Ingredients

  • 8 brioche slider buns
  • 8 crispy chicken tenders frozen
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup ice berg lettuce shredded
  • 16 dill pickle chips
  • cup hot honey
  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  • Place chicken tenders in the air fryer. Spray cooking spray over the tenders. Air fry at 370 degrees for 14 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Slice slider buns in half. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of the rolls. Spread ice berg lettuce over the mayonnaise.
  • Place chicken tender over ice berg lettuce. Baste with hot honey. Place pickle chips on top of chicken tender.
  • Place top bun over pickles to close the sandwich. Melt butter and add fresh garlic. Baste garlic butter over top half of the rolls. Serve sliders immediately or save for later.

Notes

  • save leftover sliders in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
  • reheat leftovers prior to serving.
  • these ingredients can be frozen for up to 2 months prior to assembling.
