Equipment

  • 1 gas grill
  • 1 Cocktail shaker
  • 1 sharp knife and cutting board
  • 1 Lemon Juicer
  • 2 Margarita Glasses

Ingredients

  • 6 peaches
  • 2 oz tequila
  • 2 oz triple sec
  • 2 teaspoon simple syrup

Instructions

  • Turn the grill up to high heat. Slice the peaches in half and remove the pits.
  • Place the peaches fruit side down on the grill. Grill 3-5 minutes until peaches start to char. Juice the peaches into a cocktail shaker.
  • Add ice cubes to the cocktail shaker. Add tequila, simple syrup and triple sec into the cocktail shaker. Place the lid on the shaker and shake about 10-20 seconds.
  • Add margarita sugar or margarita salt to the rim of a margarita glass. Pour the drink into the margarita glass using the strainer on the lid of the cocktail shaker.

  • rim the glass with salt or sugar.
  • save leftovers in a pitcher in the fridge.
