Ingredients

  • 6 jalapenos diced
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Monterrey Jack cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • ½ cup parmesan shredded

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Dice the jalapeños.
  • In a bowl, combine and mix jalapenos, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, cheddar cheese, Monterrey Jack cheese, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Spread mixture in a casserole dish.
  • Melt butter. Add in bread crumbs and parmesan cheese and mix with a spoon. Spread the bread crumb mixture evenly on top of the dip.
  • Bake 25-27 minutes and serve immediately with crackers of your choice.
