Ingredients

  • 1 package kielbasa
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 jar tomato sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Slice onion and mince garlic.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet on medium heat. Add in the onions and garlic. Cook until garlic is fragrant.
  • Add in tomato sauce.
  • Slice peppers and kielbasa. Add both into skillet and bring sauce to a simmer. Allow it to simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Add in Italian seasoning and salt and pepper. Mix in and allow the sauce to simmer another 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
