Ingredients

  • 2 mangos
  • 1 avocado
  • ½ onion
  • ½ tomato
  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • juice of one lime

Instructions

  • Peel mango, avocado and onion. Remove the pit and cores from the mangos and avocado.
  • Dice the mango, avocado, onion and tomato.
  • Chop the cilantro and add in to the fresh fruit and veggies.
  • Juice lime in the salsa.
  • Mix carefully and serve.

Notes

Save in a tupperware in the fridge for up to 2 days.
