I'm not going to lie, for a while I was pretty skeptical about flavor combinations like this. I was nervous to branch out to new flavors for so long. I have realized though as I have gotten older, I have gained such a different appreciation for unique meals. This is no different. I mean I love salsa, and I love the flavors of all of the ingredients in this dish so I started playing around with it and the end result was pure perfection.
This dish can be used in so many different ways. Top some grilled chicken with it, dip some tortilla chips, use it as a taco filler, burritos, and basically anything else you can think of. It is the perfect pairing to any summer meal, especially if its coming off the grill!

Peel the mangos, avocado and onion removing the pit and cores of the mango and avocado. Dice The mango, avocado, onion and tomato. Chop the cilantro and add to the mix. Squeeze 1 lime into the mixture and combine, mixing carefully. Once it is all mixed, you are done!
This recipe is so quick and easy to put together and can be used in so many different ways! A few simple steps and you have a delicious appetizer right at your finger tips.

My favorite way to use mango avocado salsa is to top some grilled chicken with it. It is delicious and I am absolutely obsessed with it! The grilled, savory chicken mixed with the fresh and fruity, savory and herby salsa. Absolutely delicious!
Do you have to use mangos?
I prefer mangos in this recipe. Peaches are very similar to mangos though and would probably be a pretty delicious substitute!

Mango Avocado Salsa
- Cutting Board
- Chefs Knife
- 2 mangos
- 1 avocado
- ½ onion
- ½ tomato
- ¼ cup cilantro
- juice of one lime
- Peel mango, avocado and onion. Remove the pit and cores from the mangos and avocado.
- Dice the mango, avocado, onion and tomato.
- Chop the cilantro and add in to the fresh fruit and veggies.
- Juice lime in the salsa.
- Mix carefully and serve.
