Hello, hello!
I am so excited and happy you are here! My name is Alicia, I am a 29 year old girl living in the suburbs of Philadelphia with my awesome husband, our dog Brindle, our two cats Captain and Walker, and our bearded dragon Jeff. We also welcomed our son, Cason in February 2022 and our daughter, Elliot in October 2023.
The Buttered Gnocchi was created in May 2020 from a combination of a love for cooking and a need to share the recipes I create with others. Since its fruition, The Buttered Gnocchi has reached millions of viewers, readers, and home chefs alike.
My culinary training includes 7 years of cooking for my wonderful husband, entertaining guests and as of recent years, cooking for my picky toddler. I have learned what flavors combine perfectly, when a recipe needs more seasoning, how to get the perfect sear on a steak and much more. In the 4 years The Buttered Gnocchi has been active, over 20 popular food and cooking brands have partnered with TBG to share exciting and delicious content with all of you.
