Pumpkin Cheesecake Dip with Graham Crackers

This no bake dip is creamy, tangy yet sweet and is packed with tons of delicious fall flavors.  The graham crackers add the perfect addition to this fall dessert as a dipper, but you can also substitute Nilla Wafers!

Equipment

  • KitchenAid Mixer

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pumpkin pie mix
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 ½ cup confectioners sugar
  • graham crackers to dip

Instructions

  • In the KitchenAid Mixer, add pumpkin pie mix and softened cream cheese.  Mix until well combined. 
  • Add in pumpkin pie spice and mix.  Begin to add the confectioners sugar ½ cup at a time while mixing on low until all is mixed in.  Serve chilled with graham crackers.
